In recent months alone, additional new Parks have opened in Belgium, Turkey, USA, Russia, France, Great Britain, Germany, and Egypt is also now joining the global trend !

As expected, the very best Cable Wakeboard Riders in the world today have all signed up for this one. Entered also are the current World Champions, both from Great Britain, Nick Davies and Kirsteen Mitchell.

However, as the previous World Championships were held in Germany, many Riders from the other side of the planet were unable to travel that far. This time around, it is a totally different scenario. The number of countries represented has actually doubled to 32 - reflecting the high growth rate of the sport. Having missed the last Cable World Championships, seventeen additional countries will now also join the battle for titles in the arena - including Brazil, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei and Malaysia. The current World Champions certainly will have a very tough battle on this occasion in defending their titles at the magnificent Deca Clark Wakeboard Park. This Park will be the focal point of a major new residential Deca Homes complex, surrounded by villas and entertainment facilities - and all within easy reach of Manilla.
