Steffen Vollert strikes back at 2nd Wake Masters Stop in Alfsee Rieste
Last weekend germany's best wakeboarder got together at Alfsee Rieste for the second stop of the Wake Masters Tour 2009.The open men final was a battle between last stops winner, Fredy von Osten and Steffen Vollert who had bad luck in the finals last time. Both had really good runs and in the end Steffen went first, Fredy got second and Daniel Wehmann took the third place just like he did in Hamburg.
The Open Ladies were dominated again by Sophia Marie Reimers who seems to be in really good conditions. Kathrin Ögretici, the only "real" Open Lady got second and Vanessa Pfaff became third.
Like in Hamburg, the dutch multitalent Rocco van Straaten, won the Junior Men Category and Mike Ruttkowski rode himself on 2nd. A surprise was the 13 year old Niko Kasper who showed an excellent run which put him on third place.
